Make The Move!
One of the reasons why lawyers are choosing to move in-house as a legal consultant is due to a conscious need to control their career and to potentially achieve a better work life balance. Further, being able to work closely with a business, broaden legal skillsets and move across sectors are additional incentives. As a junior lawyer, you can also expect greater responsibility inhouse which can develop your commercial skills earlier in your career.
ES/Agile specialise in placing lawyers from newly qualified right through to Partner level consultants looking to leave private practice and work in-house. There is a wide range of exciting project roles within the Banking, Finance, Commercial and other sectors working for clients across the UK, Hong Kong and Singapore. Typically, an assignment would start as a 6 month contract with the possibility of extending with the same client or (taking a break between contracts) and moving on to work for another client under the ES/Agile umbrella.
