Inline with recent partner hires this US Firm in London has a defined need to recruit junior to mid-level corporate lawyers.

Work will include corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. The firm covers all sectors with particular strength in the technology and energy sectors. Experience in these areas is desirable but not essential.

Suitable candidates will have experience of working on large international transactions, ideally gained at a City practice. The team pride themselves on having a friendly and supportive environment and new joiners must be able to demonstrate a passion for their work and a 'can do' work ethic.
