Position and Career
In this role you will support EMEAR Legal Director on a range of GLOBAL company commercial matters and commercial contracts. The work is highly varied and exciting – the company operates at the absolute forefront of their sector. There will be a lot of training and support and opportunities to explore new legal practice areas.
You will act as a trusted legal advisor to the business with regards sales transactions with customers headquartered in the DACH region (structuring complex high value sales transactions, negotiating and drafting a wide range of legal agreements, responding to complex RFP requests, giving accurate advice to senior management on the legal and commercial impact of specific contractual provisions and general legal matters, engaging in cross-functional projects as a legal subject matter expert etc).
This is a big role actively shaping (not just supporting) hugely complex deals across dozens of jurisdictions.

What skills and experience are required?
- 2-7 years of experience in-house or in a law firm as a TMT lawyer / counsel OR a commercial or corporate lawyer from international law firm
- German speaker and drafter
