IP/IT Associate (Maternity Leave FTC)
A leading city firm require a Commercial IT/Intellectual Property Lawyer to assist with intellectual property, general commercial and data protection law, this will be on a Maternity cover basis initially for a 6 month period after which it will be on a rolling basis.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- General Data Protection Regulations (40%)
- Commercial (contracts and licences) (40%)
- Intellectual Property (infringements and registration) 20%
- Data protection, privacy, cybersecurity and commercial contracts, as well as regulatory and general commercial matters.
The ideal candidate will have trained and practised at a top city firm and be 2-5 years PQE although we would consider candidates outside of this PQE dependant upon experience.
Salary pro rata subject to experience.
