Due to succession planning a rare opportunity has arisen with this medium-sized, Legal 500 and Chambers recommended firm to lead their Conveyancing team.

The firm are known for their property practice and boast an impressive client list, ranging from private (often high net worth) individuals to large institutions and well-known companies. They have designated teams with separate focus, covering residential, commercial, development etc. 

The role will involve leading a small team specifically focusing on residential property transactions. The team has a variety of competent conveyancers from different backgrounds including Solicitors, Legal Executives & Licensed Conveyancers. You will be there to run your own files, maintain and build relationships with work referrers, convert inquiries and support junior members of the team.

The successful candidate will be:

- A confident conveyancer, with strong technical ability

- Have strong leadership qualities

- Understand the commercial nature of running and managing a team

As a guide we are inviting applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
