Over the years this firm has built up a particularly strong name in contentious probate matters and you will work alongside a partner specialising in this area. you will ideally have around 2 - 5 years PQE specialising mainly in this area of practise since qualifying or have a considerable level of exposure to this niche area of law.
You will ideally have exposure to the following matters:
- Challenging the validity of wills and lifetime transfer
- Administration actions
- PR and trustees disputes
- Proprietary Estoppel actions
- Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
- Trust Actions
- Court of Protection Disputes
