Conveyancing Assistant - West Yorkshire

Our client is one of the largest and most well established specialist conveyancing departments in the country. They are currently looking to expand their team focussing on transactional conveyancing work.

The role will see you assisting on sale & purchase residential conveyancing work. There are opportunities to develop within the team to progress to handling your own caseload.

You will be joining an award winning conveyancing department, location can be flexible over West Yorkshire. The firm has heavily invested in its IT systems which greatly assists in the smooth running of all their conveyancing work. There is a good team structure providing supervision and training to help you develop.

Key duties include liaising effectively and appropriately with the client and introducer, applying for searches as well as dealing with routine correspondence and communications on each file. There will also be the opportunity to support with preparation of contracts and other documents.

Ideally you will need to have at least 6 months experience working as an assistant on conveyancing work.
