Part Time Commercial Litigation Paralegal
A standout opportunity has arisen for a Paralegal or junior Fee Earner specialising in Commercial Litigation and Employment law to join a growing and prosperous Law Firm in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to cover a broad range of disputes and Employment matters, all weighted towards the healthcare sector in which our client specialises.
Our client is a niche law firm who, although only recently established, have already gained a fantastic reputation on the market. Specialising in healthcare sector clients, they have a number of quality lawyers and paralegals who already work there and an abundance of high quality work. -This is a great opportunity for a dynamic and driven Paralegal to cover a broad range of work related to the Healthcare sector.
-You will be working on Commercial Litigation files which will cover both employment tribunal disputes and commercial disputes.
-This will centre on NHS disputes, debt collection and restrictive covenants work.
-The rest of your caseload will cover respondent Employment work in which there will be lots of client contact.
-All of your work will be weighted towards the Healthcare sector however, full training will be provided in this field.
-In order to be considered, you must be a driven Paralegal specialising in Litigation work that includes employment related matters as well as some broader based commercial litigation.
-Although your work will be supervised, you must be capable of working on your own initiative with good organisational skills.
-It would be preferable if you had a keen interest in the Healthcare sector, however, this is by no means necessary.
-Joining a growing firm, it would be desirable if you had an aptitude to get involved in business development activities.
