A Private Client Fee Earner is highly sought in County Durham. A role has arisen in the firms Crook office for a Private Client or STEP qualified Fee Earner. With a solid reputation across County Durham (having been established for over a century) this opportunity could be for you. There is an existing caseload of Private Client matters for you to manage and so it is essential you are a strong fee earner able to hit the ground running.

Joining a smaller firm naturally you will form part of a close knit department. This role is solely for someone who sees a long term career in the private client sector.

The Role:
-You will be expected to come in and hit the ground running with an existing caseload of broad Private Client matters.
-Your caseload will include Private Client matters such as estate administration, inheritance and tax planning, wills, and powers of attorney just to name a few.
-You will be working alongside two Chartered Legal Executives and a Paralegal and be the main Private Client practitioner in the firm's Crook office.
-On occasion if members of the team have a complex matter arise you will be required to support and give them advice.

The Candidate:
-The firm is looking for a Fee Earner who specialises in Private Client work and has considerable experience in this practice area.
-Our client is ideally looking to recruit a Fee Earner who has experience, or familiarity with elderly client work.
-Ideally you will be STEP qualified or at the very least working towards this.
-Acting as the main practitioner in the team, you must be fully confident working in a position of responsibility and supervising the work of others.
