A well respected Manchester City Centre law firm are currently looking to recruit a legal secretary to join their personal injury team.

This role would suit either a junior legal secretary or a legal administration assistant looking to take that next step in their career. The firm will offer full training and long term progression.
 
The firm has a fantastic reputation within the industry, having won multiple awards and great staff retention.
 
Duties include:
  • Carrying out administrative tasks such as time recording, scanning incoming post and scanning and collating and storing medical records etc.
  • Assistance with boxing, storage, archiving, timesheets, court issuing, post, photocopying, faxing and general administration duties.
  • Preparation of indexes and bundles.
  • Routine telephone and personal attendances upon clients.
  • Assistance with bill processing.
  • Maintenance of central diary and fee earner diary systems.
The successful candidate will be required to have experience of working on a case management system, have excellent communication skills along with both written, verbal and typing skills.
