Are you used to working to tight deadlines and experienced in running a high volume caseload?
 
This market-leading specialist volume remortgage and conveyancing firm is looking to strengthen its team with a remortgage caseworker. 
 
This Leeds-based firm provides specialist volume remortgage and conveyancing services to the leading businesses in the UK lending, estate agency and house-building industries. 
 
As a remortgage caseworker, you will be responsible for managing your own remortgage caseload and processing these from instruction to completion.

This will include liaising with customers, clients and third parties to provide fast and efficient service. You will be working towards target completion dates and be responsible for ensuring that the full remortgage process is carried out with accuracy and to our client expectations.
 
It is essential that you are experienced in running a high volume caseload, this may not be within remortgage but a different area completely, but must be high volume. 
 
You will be used to working to tight deadlines and of working within Service Level Agreements. You should also have previous experience of achieving monthly completions targets whilst giving attention to detail and maintaining a high-quality standard of work. 
 
Excellent organisational, communication and IT skills are essential. Previous experience of using a case management system is also highly advantageous.

Most importantly, you will have a professional approach to work and enjoy a busy workload.  They are looking for individuals who have a strong commitment to client care.
