Experienced Construction Solicitor sought for new role with commercial law firm in Manchester with salary upwards of £42k

The firm's 4 partner national construction and engineering team advises on all aspects of legal construction matters, from strategic advice on procurement and institutional and market expectations at project inception, to contentious aspects of projects during and after the completion of a project. They enjoy an enviable reputation in the market as an employer of choice and are renowned as being a good firm to work for.

Due to expansion there is a need to appoint an experienced Construction Solicitor to the team in Manchester. They are in growth mode at present so need to add capable and proven lawyers to team.

You will ideally have a minimum of 2PQE in Construction Law, with your training and experience gained at a city, national or recognised regional practice. Strong academic attainment and a real passion for Construction Law are essential. They require someone who is experienced in the main forms of construction contracts, professional appointments, warranties and bespoke development agreements. I would also welcome applications from NQ Solicitors with training in Construction Law gained at a top tier firm.

You will gain good exposure to excellent quality work and clients, and you will be working within a pre-eminent department of a leading law firm. There are strong prospects for your career and personal development with an extremely competitive salary and benefits package on offer, upwards of £42k.
