Our client, a top national law firm requires a two Banking Lawyers to join them in their busy Leeds office. The team is rapidly growing and with these roles there are no barriers to future promotion for the right candidate.
There are two roles available and the firm is open to all levels of experience. One role will be predominately based around assisting partners and other solicitors in the team whereas another role there is a need for someone with a few years' experience under their belt with the ability to run their own caseload.
The team deal with a broad range of matters including acquisition finance, real estate finance, leverage buyouts, asset based lending and general corporate lending for a range of clients such as major banks and other lenders. A substantial part of the role will involve advising on a wide range of syndicated, bilateral and club corporate, leveraged finance and real estate developers finance transactions involving UK corporate bank and other leading regional funders.
There is also a need in both roles to get involved with business development and help to expand the department as well.
Our client requires someone who has a genuine desire to join an expanding team with an enthusiasm to learn and develop. The firm is looking for candidates that have banking experience whether this be a number of years' experience or a 6 month seat from training, they are really open to considering all levels of PQE. They are really looking for strong business development skills and a genuine 'can do' attitude.
