Top 200 law firm requires an ambitious Employment Solicitor, 5 + PQE, to be based in Warwickshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding employment department within in a well-established, reputable firm. As a member of the employment team, you will deal with high-quality work for a wide range of clients, working on behalf of both employee and employer. If you are looking for an exceptional environment to rapidly progress, this is an opportunity not to miss. Salary up to c£55,000.

As the appointed Employment Solicitor you will need the following skills:

• Manage own caseload
• Ability to handle both contentious and non-contentious employment matters
• HR management, litigation and TUPE
• Strong leadership skills
• maintain strong working relationships both internally and externally
• a keen interest in business development
