A unique opportunity has arisen for an NQ to 3 years' PQE property finance solicitor to join a leading, Legal 50 international law firm based in their Southampton office within the Property Finance Department.

My client will invest strongly in the training so that you can work towards becoming an associate within the team, as well as taking the lead and project manage real estate finance transactions.

As the property finance solicitor/associate, you will be advising on a broad range of in-depth structured real estate finance (secured and unsecured) deals. Your main focus of the role will include commercial development funding, investment property financing, joint venture funding, mortgage portfolio sales/acquisitions and property acquisition funding.

This is a key placement for someone looking to progress as they have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting stage of growth. The majority of the work will come from their London client base and will be of a high standard/quality.
