Our client is leading law firm offering a broad range of legal services to private individuals and businesses across the UK and internationally.


THE ROLE:

A new role has arisen for a commercial property lawyer to join a thriving property team based in central London advising clients ranging from developers to private and institutional investors

Working closely with lead partners you will act on a broad range of instructions, including development, investment, acquisitions and disposals covering all stages of a transaction, from negotiating terms to post-completion management issues.


THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this role you will be a commercial property lawyer with 4-8PQE, with strong academics gained within a national or leading regional law firm with an established property practice.

You will have a proven track record of handling a diverse range of commercial property matters.
