You may be tired of the late nights and be looking for genuine 9-5pm hours and if so - this role could be the perfect opportunity for you. 
As a Commercial Property Lawyer you will be working within a small department alongside the Head of Commercial Property and support staff, managing a case load of Commercial Property Finance transactions (Sale, Purchase & Refinance) which will include title checking freehold, leasehold, unregistered and new build cases.
Alongside the 9am-5pm hours and a highly competitive salary, there are additional flexible benefits on offer, to include some flexitime, dress down and an attractive holiday and benefits package.
The successful candidate will have comprehensive experience of freehold and leasehold, registered and unregistered, newbuild, commercial property sale, purchase and refinance conveyancing and residential sale, purchase and refinance conveyancing.

To be successful in this Commercial Property Lawyer role, you will have at least 3 years’ PQE and be fully competent in commercial and residential conveyancing.
