An exciting opportunity has arisen for a newly created role within the Events Team for the implementation and organisation of external and internal events across London, Europe and the middle East.
You roles will include: working closely with the Events Manager to organise a range of events including external client facing, conferences, seminars and social occasions, attending site visits both in the UK and abroad for pre-event and on-site logistics, assisting with the planning of the Summer and Christmas parties for 200+ employees in London, creating surveys and feedback reports post-event, working with the business development teams to draft and create invitations and targeted invitation lists.
- You must have experience planning and organising events
- Experience in drafting various materials including agenda's, invitations, surveys etc.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
- Flexibility in working hours
- Positive and enthusiastic personality
- Salary up to £28k depending on experience.
