The Role

This firm are continuing to grow, and they are looking for a Business Development Executive (M&A, Private Equity and Tax) for their London office.

You will work under the guidance of the Business Development Manager to drive forward the Marketing and Business Development efforts of the M&A, Private Equity and Tax practices in London.

You role will include: Preparing, drafting and co-ordinating strategic pitch, credential documents and proposals, conducting client and background research, tracking the success of proposals, bids, and pitches, championing client feedback, managing the directory process for key international legal directories, writing compelling directory submissions for the London and Europe-wide practices, tracking and analysing relevant market trends, working with the Corporate/M&A Practice Group Heads and the Senior Business Development Manager to drive client targeting initiatives for the groups, providing CRM support, working with the Events Manager on events, and more.


  • You must have experience in Business Development and Marketing at a credible law firm (US or UK)
  • Must be familiar with planning, organising and preparing pitches, legal directories and other marketing materials
  • Experience or previous knowledge within M&A, Private Equity or Tax practices would be an advantage
  • You must be an outgoing, proactive, dynamic and ambitious individual
  • You must be familiar with planning, organising and preparing pitches, legal directories and other marketing materials
  • Salary up to £40k depending on experience
