A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced employment solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to act as the Head of Department of a Legal 500 firm in East London, as part of a succession plan. The firm has recently opened these stunning new offices in East London and has already developed very good links with the local community.
The firm places great importance on their well-built client relationships, so you must also be commercially viable, with a client-focused attitude. You would be taking over an existing caseload but having contacts of your own would be advantageous. 

The ideal candidate will be:
  • An employment solicitor (5+ years' PQE) who is able to hit the ground running.
  • Experienced in dealing with a range of excellent quality, contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. 
  • Familiar with matters such as Settlement Agreements, Disciplinary Proceedings, Grievance Actions, Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination, Tribunal Claims, Restrictive Covenants, Employment Contracts and TUPE.
