The firm are seeking to hire an Employment into their modern and newly refurbished City of London office.
The department is ranked highly in the legal 500 and the team is one of the largest nationally. The team is dynamic and punches well above their weight. You work with the other partners to drive the department forwards. They support their clients out of their national and international offices.
The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work. The team's workload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work and accordingly we are working to strengthen our capacity at that level.

- You will be an Employment Lawyer with at least 7 years PQE (there are no upper limits regarding the amount of PQE and applications are invited from the most experienced candidates)
- You will have good commercial awareness and strong drafting skills
- Experience of managing more junior colleagues is to advantage, but not essential
- A meticulous eye for detail is essential
