Legal Assistant - Residential Conveyancing
My award winning client are based in Manchester and they are looking to recruit a Legal Assistant to join their busy conveyancing department
My client can provide long term career development and progression.
The legal assistant opportunity will see you assisting the residential conveyancing department by providing a comprehensive and quality conveyancing service as part of a team. The role will also include dealing with client enquiries, providing updates and taking instructions. Alongside preparing forms, letters, contracts, leasehold and completion reports together with electronic accounts statements and providing general assistance to the case managers.
You will have experience of assisting on Residential Conveyancing files. You will also have excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with clients both face to face and over the telephone.
You will have excellent client service skills, be used to working to deadlines under pressure and in a fast paced environment. Having conveyancing experience and using a case management system is essential for this role
