Based in Stoke on Trent, you will provide full legal secretary support to an expanding conveyancing department where your key duties will be:
- Audio copy typing including digital dictation
- Preparing and formatting documents
- Using the firm's case management system
- Dealing with The Land Registry and various conveyancing forms
- Diary management.
In order to be considered for this conveyancing legal secretary role, you must have previous experience and knowledge of conveyancing, have excellent typing and organisational skills as well as a confident approach to your work.
