Our client is an established law firm providing a broad range of legal services to organisations and individuals.
A new role has arisen for a proactive employment lawyer to join a well-established team to handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, including settlement agreements and Tribunal litigation for individuals.
You'll be assisting Partners with their cases, including attending client meetings and carrying out substantive work and advice, particularly for commercial clients.
The successful candidate will have 1-3PQE and strong academics, coupled with evidence of good quality work gained from a well-regarded national or London law firm.
You will have good experience of running a caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters and prior experience of advising on settlement agreements and conducting Tribunal litigation.
Any exposure to a mixture of private and insurance-funded work for both individuals and commercial clients would be highly desirable.
