An opportunity for an Employment Solicitor with 2-5PQE.
The Employment team has excellent relationships with commercial clients across all sectors.
They work mainly for employer clients, so this role is more suited to those with a Respondent leaning.
As the department provides bespoke advice to executive level employees the candidate would be expected to assist with settlement agreements, and advising individuals regarding their contractual terms and post termination restrictions.
A good team player, you will be willing to work at generating good relations with colleagues throughout the business.
This role will appeal to someone who enjoys the cut and thrust of employment litigation with the variety of non-contentious work.
An eye for detail for producing and marking up employment documentation is essential, ranging from contracts of employment, handbooks, settlement agreements and employee/TUPE provisions in corporate and property transactions.
