Our client is a well-established law firm who has many years of experience across the whole of the property sector. Due to organic growth, they now seek an experienced and ambitious commercial property solicitor to join their highly regarded team in Edinburgh.  
 
To be considered for this commercial property solicitor opportunity, you will have hands-on experience of managing a wide variety of property matters and be able to handle your own transactions from inception through to completion. 
 
Your role will involve dealing with a full range of commercial property matters including sale and purchase transactions, drafting and negotiating leases, commercial leasing and development work, investment acquisitions and sales, as well as advising on insolvency disposals and securities work. 
 
Ideally, you will be a qualified commercial property solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, however, consideration will also be given to NQ solicitors who have gained some commercial property experience during their traineeship.

Consideration will also be given to those who have a residential conveyancing background or those who are looking to continue as a partner or have a desire of becoming a partner.
