Residential Conveyacing Fee Earner
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to take on a pivotal role at a well-established, local firm in Bradford. The firm are willing to be flexible on level and you could be a junior conveyancer looking for on hands training, development and progression or an already established Conveyancer looking for their next career move. With or without supervision, it will be your responsibility to take on an existing caseload and help to develop the department and bring in more Residential Conveyancing work. This could therefore be a career defining move for you.

-You will play a pivotal role in the Residential Conveyancing department by helping to develop the workload there and attract new clients.
-There is an existing Residential Conveyancing caseload for you to pick up and this will include sale and purchase, freehold, leasehold and remortgage work.
-This role also comes with excellent opportunity for progression. For example, three of the firms current trainees started at the firm as paralegals so there is room for you to develop your career.
-Our client is open to the level at which they will recruit for this role. You could be a highly skilled Residential Conveyancer who can hit the ground running or you could be a driven Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career. Either way, full training and support will be given to you.
-For this role, it is essential that you have an aptitude for Business Development and a willingness to take part in networking and marketing to help develop the department.
-Excellent communication skills are a necessity for this role with the ability to liaise confidently with clients from varied backgrounds.
