Learning and Development Manager
A full-time Learning and Development Manager role has arisen at an international law firm.
This role will support the firm's HR Director with shaping and implementing the firm's overall L&D strategy. The role will include designing and developing a soft skills training programme for fee earners to roll out across the firm, managing the L&D budget, overseeing the firm's LPC/GDL and PSC programmes (in conjunction with graduate recruitment), participating in the development of the firm's strategy for the introduction of SQE and managing relationships with third party providers.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Ideally you will have worked in a similar L&D role in a law firm or in a professional services environment. You will have excellent communication skills and a strategic outlook.
