We would like to hear from solicitors who have a proven track record working with SMEs on shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, small business sales, SME company restructures, franchise agreements.

- 6-10+ years PQE
- have a proven track record handling shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, small business sales, SME company restructures, franchise agreements
- commercially minded
- actively involved in business development initiatives
- able to demonstrate a client following or the ability to develop one
- have a commitment to the very highest standards of client service
