The Role

This firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Secretary to join them at their office in Portsmouth, Hampshire.

The Residential Property department deals with the highest quality of work for a body of loyal clients, as such you will have very warm working relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

You will work alongside a supportive, friendly and progressive team, supporting fee-earning members of the team with this high-quality caseload.


The right candidate for this role will:

  • Be a Conveyancing Legal Secretary ideally with at least 1 years' experience (6 months+ as a minimum, with no upper limit to the level of experience considered)
  • Have a typing speed of at least 60 WPM, and full command of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Possess a warm and friendly demeanour
  • Command a high degree of diplomacy and confidentiality in respect of clients and clients matters
