Supporting the General Counsel the role will have responsibility for drafting facility letters and terms sheets as well as providing advice in relation to and drafting finance documents such as finance leases and security documents. The role will also draft project documents such as commercial supply contracts.

This is an exciting opportunity for a corporate, funds or transactional solicitor who is looking to make the transition from private practice to a client facing in-house role

With a minimum of 2 years PQE you will have transactional experience ideally from a leading law firm with a particular focus on investment funds. You will also have a demonstrable ability to engage and communicate effectively.
