A new role has arisen for a confident employment lawyer to join a highly skilled experienced team providing specialist employment law advice to large and medium sized employers and the offshore operations of many global financial institutions
You will be working on a wide range of matters from reviewing employment documentation, policies and procedures for compliance with the relevant legislation to drafting new contracts and procedures..
Successful candidates will have a proven background as an employment lawyer with 8-10PQE coupled with excellent academics gained from a recognised national or City law firm.
You will need a good understanding of employment law from corporate restructuring to employee benefits schemes to redundancy and restrictive covenants and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You will have the ability to work under pressure, often within tight deadlines.
