Elite US Firm in London - Corporate Energy / Infrastructure / Real Estate Senior Associate

My client, a prestigious US firm in the London market, is looking to hire a mid-senior level associate with strong experience in the corporate energy/ infrastructure funds space.

The firm has an enviable reputation for cross border transactional work and is recognised as one of the leading US firms in London. Needless to say, the quality of work and compensation is extremely attractive although the firm does not have the harsh or stuffy culture sometimes associated with US firms in the city.

The team is looking to bring in a strong mid-senior level associate with experience of corporate investment work involving infrastructure, energy or real estate assets. The successful candidate is likely to have good M&A experience working with energy, infrastructure or real estate funds as well as experience of advising private equity clients. Those in the 5-7 PQE bracket are ideally sought although strong candidates outside of this range are also encouraged to apply. This is a small but growing team within a larger corporate department and progression opportunities for the right candidate are very good.
