Banking Senior Associate to Junior Equity Partner – National firm’s London office

This is a unique opportunity that combines the chance to make your mark (including a strong track to or direct entry to partnership) as well as providing an environment which is truly friendly and collegiate. 

The firm is well managed and you will form an integral part of the London office and so should be accustomed to managing juniors. 

If you are looking for direct entry to partnership you will need to show a following that fits with the firm and practice.  A solid following and fit is more important that the size of the following. 

Senior associates who can demonstrate good management and BD track records can expect a short track to partner. 

You will be a technically strong but personable solicitor with an established track record at a strong national or City practice.
