A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Paralegal to join an award winning, international law firm based in their Leeds office. The firm has an outstanding reputation for providing its clients with first class service and is known nationally for handling complex and high value work. The team is ranked as a National Leader, thus you can expect to work closely with experienced partners who are highly reputable within their field.

This is an unmissable role for a Paralegal who is keen to really kick-start their career as an Employment lawyer, working alongside the best in the business and handling high quality work from day 1.

The Role:
-This is an exciting role that will offer you the opportunity to handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including advising on major projects involving restructures, M&A, TUPE, collective consultation as well as general advisory work with clients on senior level issues, such as executive terminations or restrictive covenant disputes.
-The team works nationally and advises clients from a wide range of sectors including retail, health logistics and insurance. This is a great opportunity to work with lawyers in the other offices around the UK and start building your own client base.
-The firm is innovative and forward thinking, therefore they are keen for the successful candidate to get involved in the teams business development and marketing.

The Candidate:
-Our client is looking to recruit a Chartered Legal Executive with a depth of employment experience. To be considered, you will be in the early years of your career and have a keenness to really progress within an international law firm.
-The firm is keen to recruit someone who is an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach and someone who demonstrates role model behaviours at all times.
-Candidates with immigration experience as well as employment will be at an advantage. The firm is also happy to consider someone with a public sector or commercial background as the team is split in relation to this, meaning either can be accommodated.

-You will gain exposure to work of a very high standard that will be both engaging and challenging.
-The firm will genuinely invest in your career development and progression.
-A competitive salary and benefits package is on offer to the successful candidate.
