Commercial Property Solicitor
Our client is a well-established Northern Home Counties regional law firm and ranked in The Legal 500.
A new role has arisen for a commercial property solicitor to join a successful team providing a bespoke and tailored service.
You will enjoy a broad mix of work including Landlord and Tenant transactional matters, some development related work and freehold, leasehold sales and acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions and secured lending.
To be considered for this role you will be a commercial property lawyer with 3-5PQE, a strong academic background and a proven track record gained from an established national or regional firm.
You will need a good understanding of landlord and tenant transactions and any knowledge of leasehold sales and acquisitions including secured lending would be a distinct advantage.
