Associate - Contentious Construction 3+ years PQE

The firm London office which is based in the City of London acts for a broad range of clients which include major developers, contractors, funding institutions, public bodies and advise on a variety of projects including power stations, roads, railways, defence and infrastructure projects.

The dispute resolution department is seeking to recruit an associate with at ideally 3+ years solid experience in construction litigation and/or arbitration and adjudications.

The successful candidate will be handing a varied caseload to include interesting and complex matters for and against construction professionals, employers and contractors on a mix of transport, engineering, energy and infrastructure projects in the UK and around the world. A good working knowledge of NEC and FIDIC is essential and some exposure to other forms would be a significant advantage. Current working knowledge of the TCC and adjudication is essential.
