Our client, a successful Manchester based boutique Law Firm which has grown significantly in recent years, is seeking to appoint an Assistant Commercial Property Solicitor to join the Firms busy Real Estate Team.

The role will involve handling your own caseload of Commercial Property matters covering; Acquisitions & Disposals, Property Development & Management and Property Finance on behalf of Property Developers/ Investors and Lenders. Our client works with a number of high net worth clientele and has an enviable local reputation. The work load is interesting and lucrative.

The Real Estate team deals with a mixed caseload of residential development projects (which make up circa 80% of caseload), corporate support, banking / finance, general commercial property and landlord and tenant.

The candidate should be bright, personable and with strong academic background. Ideally you should have experience of general commercial property and landlord and tenant as a minimum and be between 0 - 3 years PQE. Any other direct experience will be considered.

Our client offers an attractive salary and individualised bonus package with private medical insurance.
