The Firm:

A mid-sized Legal 100 firm is looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner based in Bournemouth initially as a 12-month FTC, there will be an option for permanent from the off if the right candidate comes along, you will be working for one of the firm's smaller offices.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The successful Conveyancing Fee Earner will be able to deal with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files of sales and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties. You will be progressing the files after taking instruction of them ensuring client contact throughout the process, whilst working to specific time frame.

You must identify training needs of the team and ensure files are kept compliant, whilst also managing the performance of others.

Key Skills & Experience:

The firm is looking for an experience Conveyancing Fee Earner who has management experience and at least 2 years solid experience in a similar role, you must have experience of using a case management system.

The firm will consider applications from Solicitors, Legal Executives & CLC. You must have experience of running a large caseload with minimal supervision.
