Corporate Commercial Solicitor - Cheshire

Our client is a Legal 500 practice which has evolved over the years into what can safely describe as a strong corporate and commercial boutique practice.

As a firm it has an impressive area of clients across corporate, commercial, litigation and commercial real estate and continues to surprise on the quality and scale of transactions it is involved in. Frequently they find themselves on the other side of larger firm across Liverpool and Manchester which is testament to the quality.

This role invariably has a corporate bias but the team also handle a wider range of commercial work. Their client base tends to sit among SMEs, Entrepreneurs as well as limited companies and as such there is a strong level of client contact and a real need for their people to provide proper commercial advice.

Ideally they are seeking a junior corporate commercial lawyer from NQ upwards. There is a real desire to see bright and enthusiastic candidates who have the right attitude and aptitude to take on a challenge and confidently get involved with clients and deals. You will be give a good level of responsibility but there is also wider support from the lead partner as well as more experienced lawyers.
