A leading regional Legal 500 firm is looking to hire an experienced commercial property solicitor, to work for one of the best regional teams who are a major force in Leicestershire and the wider Midlands region.

You will join a successful and highly regarded team where you will gain immediate access to high profile national clients. 

You will be a commercial property solicitor with NQ -3 years’ experience, ideally gained in a leading regional or boutique corporate commercial based practice.

You will be expected to be able to handle a full and diverse caseload of acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, portfolio management, and development work. In this commercial property solicitor role, you will have access to an impressive range of clients from developers, investors and corporate occupiers, banks, and other funders.
