JOB TITLE: Administrator – Trusts and Estates
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: £16,000 - £18,000

THE ROLE:
Working within a dynamic team in a mixed role of administrative and secretarial duties to support the Fee Earners and Notary. You will be handling diary management, taking calls and relaying messages from clients - helping where possible, audio typing, and dealing with all administrative duties within Trust and Estates which include updating the case management system, filing, photocopying, and scanning.

THE CANDIDATE:
The Administrator will have strong administrative and communication skills, a good eye for detail and will have previously worked in a similar setting either in Legal or Professional Services. We unfortunately won't accept any CV's that do not match this criteria. Ideally, you will have some experience within audio typing and will have worked within a Private Client team.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
This role offers a banding between £16,000 - £18,000 with many benefits to offer for a permanent member of staff that include private medical insurance, an online benefits scheme, and a pension scheme where employer puts in 4% and employee puts in 4%. Free onsite parking is also available to all employees.
