JOB TITLE: Securitisation Solicitor
SALARY: £49,475

THE ROLE: To work with Treasury, Development and Inhouse Legal departments to ensure developments are suitable for future securitization.
To review reports on title, s106 agreements, nominations agreements, deeds of variation, licences, planning discharges, Land Registry searches, local authority searches, LLC1's and other documents and take appropriate legal action to ensuring properties can be charged.
To negotiate and execute any deeds of variation, changes to boundaries, release of restrictions on title or other changes that may be required to enable future charging of the property.

THE CANDIDATE: Qualified solicitor of England and Wales or equivalent qualification / experience. Knowledge of development documentation and securitisation.
Ability to take responsibility for a project.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing with internal and external contacts.
Ability to effectively communicate with non-Finance staff at a senior level
Experience of charging properties with mainstream lenders or broad residential property work is desirable.
Experience in the use of IT to advanced level including Excel spreadsheet and Word and relevant legal case management systems.
Experience of using Northgate an advantage.
Experience of working in a volume intensive environment
