Terms/Hours Full time. Monday to Friday 9.00-5.30pm
Salary and Benefits: (Competitive) - Depending on experience

A unique opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to work with a Legal 500 firm based in the centre of Bicester. Situated within easy reach of Oxford, Bicester is currently undergoing exciting new developments and growth plans in both the residential and commercial sectors. The position is open to Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 1 year+ PQE.
- Act for private individual and privately owned commercial operations;
- Continue to build strong relationships with clients and professional contacts through marketing and networking;
- Experience of working in Residential and Commercial Development
- Acting for both Developers and Landowners
- Promotion Agreements
- Joint Venture Agreements
- Large scale disposals and acquisitions
- Agricultural experience
- Presenting seminars/writing articles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to market and network
- Ability to build and retain strong relationships

About the team
Spratt Endicott’s Commercial Property team consists of 3 staff in Bicester and 14 staff in our Banbury office. Most of our work comes to us through recommendations and referrals. We believe this is due to our approach, which is based around knowing the client, the property and the transaction. This, together with our high level of service, has enabled us to retain and grow our relationships with clients, many of whom we have worked with for many years.
