JOB TITLE: Planning Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 2 years Experience

This interesting and challenging Planning Lawyer role will see the appointed Lawyer become part of this leading team. Handling your own caseload you will take responsibility for a wide range of matters including environmental compliance relating to the activity of multinational organisations, SMEs and individuals. You will handle your caseload from instruction through to hearing, providing representation at prosecution stage should this be required. This is a maternity cover role for 12 months.
The appointed Planning Lawyer will be a qualified Solicitor or highly experienced Legal Executive / Paralegal. The role is likely to suit a Planning Lawyer with in excess of 3 years experience (either PQE, or prior to qualification) of advising on Planning and Environmental issues.
