Lawyers, Private Practice

We are delighted to be exclusively retained on this opportunity to take a key role in the transformational change to this firm's financial services regulatory practice.

This award-winning, commercial law firm has long held a reputation for the strength of its financial services capability and boasts an impressive list of financial services clients, particularly in relation to retail finance. The firm is now committed to growing its Financial Services Regulatory capability to further solidify and underpin its financial services offering.

The team's work predominantly centres on advisory and contentious work (with some transactional work) on a broad range of financial services regulation, including: retail secured lending; mortgage work; FCA matters; consumer credit; payment services; and the retail side of general insurance. The firm has identified a need to supplement their non-contentious financial services regulatory practice with a partner who can be complementary but add further depth and breadth to their practice, ideally with some experience in areas such as payments, retail documentation for ISAs, savings accounts or other products.

This is an opportunity for a Partner (or senior lawyer) to have an opportunity to make a significant contribution in the development of this practice in an environment already fully versed in financial services and long-established relationships with clearing banks, UK and global acquirers as well as related service providers.

For a confidential discussion on this role, please contact Amy Hambleton of RedLaw on 020 3815 6802 or by email at amy.hambleton@redlawrecruitment.com quoting reference 13332.
