A new role has arisen for a proactive and self-motivated education lawyer to join an expanding successful team working within the Education and Children department.
You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of education matters ranging from Early Years to Higher Education with a focus on core areas of work such as admissions, exclusions and complaints.
The successful candidate will be a qualified education lawyer 2-4pqe with a strong academic background (2:1 or above), who has worked within a leading national or London law firm.
You will possess good collaborative skills and have the ability to liaise across teams in child protection, negligence and breach of contract matters occurring in an education setting and other organisations with an education aspect.
You will be a team player with good organisational and time management skills and be able to work to strict deadlines.
