Commercial Litigation Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a multi-award winning full service law firm in Leeds. The firm have won numerous awards as recognition to its hard work and the quality of the service it provides to clients.
Our client is looking for a candidate who has the ability to run their individual case load as well as assist more senior members of the team. The commercial litigation team are renowned for handling high value, complex, cross border disputes across a wide range of sectors. This is a highly supportive department and the ongoing training and development will be first class. The firm have won numerous awards both across the firm for their client delivery and specifically for their work within the commercial litigation team which has a highly innovative approach to both case management and costs. They work across a range of sectors dealing with a lot of PLCs and household names clients within the technology, energy, food/drink and diversified industrial sectors. They handle a broad range of commercial disputes, contractual torts, product liability, warranty disputes etc.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team who are looking for someone who can demonstrate a committed and commercial approach to their work including excellent technical skills and a strong appreciation of the challenges of delivering a first class service to clients. It could be someone who is already in a national or international firm, or alternatively someone who can demonstrate the desire and potential to 'step up' to act on some of the most complex national and international work available, working alongside some of the brightest names within the sector.
If the ideal candidate desires they will have the opportunity to participate in a range of marketing and business development initiatives on behalf of the department and the firm.
Our client is ideally looking for someone between 0 -5 years PQE, however this level of experience has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this level but who have the relevant knowledge/experience, together with the enthusiasm for this particular role.
