An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Solicitor to join a highly regarded leading law firm in West Yorkshire. Our client has a fantastic reputation for its Commercial work and you will be working alongside some of the best lawyers in the business. The team have an enviable client base and work on a range of national and cross border transactions.
The role itself is broad in nature and will general involve commercial contracts alongside dealing with other types of work including IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, logistics, data protection, intellectual property protection & exploitation and competition. The role will also involve dealing with IT work which the team are known for handling some of the largest and most complex transactions within the market. You will take responsibility on handling a range of small complex projects as well as working closely with Associates and Partners in the team supporting them on larger matters.
Our client is looking for a talented lawyer with either a keen interest or experience within one of the following sectors: financial services, industrials, aviation, digital, health and retail & consumer. Candidates who are either NQ or have up to 4 years PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge/experience to undertake the role, however, this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/experience.
