Our client are seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join their expanding department in Manchester.

The reputable legal practice handles the full scope of commercial matters and works on behalf of an exclusive, close-working client base of FTSE 100 business customers, delivering quality, professional advice.

A Commercial Solicitor with at least two years' experience handling contracts of varying value will provide advice, negotiate and draft commercial and global procurement contracts and confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, create and implement templates and processes and perform legal and compliance due diligence analyses.
